Key Responsibilities : Vetting candidate applications : Review CVs from job boards, assessing qualifications and experience against job requirements. Screening engineering candidates : Ensure applicants have relevant engineering skills and experience tailored to industry or education roles. Shortlisting qualified candidates : Identify top talent and pass on only the best candidates to hiring teams. Communication and reporting : Maintain clear communication with recruitment teams and provide regular updates on candidate progress. What Youll Need : Proven experience in engineering recruitment , with the ability to screen for technical roles. Familiarity with CV vetting processes, particularly for engineering and technical positions. Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly assess candidate qualifications.
