International Recruitment and Employer of Record SpecialistInternational Recruitment and Employer of Record specialists seek a seasoned recruiter to do business development for their EOR service, providing South African employees to the US, UK, and Australia.Duties & ResponsibilitiesHunt for clients in the UK and market our EOR service to them.Recruit South African employees for international clients.Desired Experience & QualificationThe ideal candidate will have:At least 5 years of recruitment experience.Good acumen for business and business processes.Experience with CRMs and ATSs.A solid understanding of South African legislation and contracts.Capability to manage and train less experienced Recruiters and EOR specialists.This role involves sales and client management. A successful candidate will be a strong biller and a capable team manager. Training and assistance will be provided in the first 3 months. Candidates must demonstrate a successful recruitment background and should not have a history of job hopping.Package & RemunerationBasic: R15,000 pm GrossIn addition:R1,000 connectivity allowance.10% commission on international permanent placements.10% of the billed EOR fee.10% commission on local permanent placements.10% commission of contract value on local contractors.Tools of the trade and an inverter.
