REMOTE ROLE Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of hospitality industry experience, ideally some of which working in a senior HOD or Management role Safari Lodge experience will be highly beneficial Must be fully computer literate & tech-savvy Active on social media platforms Excellent attention to detail Must be an excellent communicator (English) Self-motivated Ability to multi-task & highly organized Must enjoy communicating with people & not be scared to pick up the phone to chat You are required to have your own laptop, smartphone & WiFi as well as a decent home office set up It is essential that you are aligned with the Wild Dreams values of compassion, freedom, balance, honesty & purpose Must love Elephants This role is only open to candidates based in Africa. This is a 100% COMMISION-BASED role that includes bonus incentives & is a full-time position. We can not consider candidates on a part-time basis. Although this is a FULL-TIME role our herd can work with full flexibility & freedom. There may be an option to join us as a recruiter/trainer at luxury properties throughout Africa for a great daily rate depending on your experience & interests as we also offer staff training services to clients around Africa.
