The Recruiter will work Monday - Friday and will be based at the head office on Nottingham Road.
Responsibilities
Create and manage job postings across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking sites, ensuring they accurately reflect the role and attract appropriate candidates.
Develop and implement strategies to attract qualified candidates for roles in residential childcare and proactively contact potential candidates.
Headhunt; identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be in employment.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments of candidates to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications, experience, and values required for residential childcare.
Match candidates to suitable vacancies and present suitable candidates to Registered Managers.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Build and maintain close internal relationships with Registered Managers and HR to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with organisational goals.
Track and report recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the Board on hiring progress and challenges.

What we offer
Working pattern is 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, times to be agreed.
Salary is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum dependant on experience.
Quarterly bonus scheme is available.
