To provide specialist support to the business unit in the execution of the Data Quality policies and standards aligned to the business unit strategy.Manages the evolution and transition of the data quality strategy and architecture in response to changing business requirements Are you someone who can: Prevent wastage, and on an ongoing basis identify process improvements in order to contain and reduce costsDefine and implement a Records Management operating model and governance frameworkImplement strategic projects and initiatives relating to the adoption of electronic recordkeeping practicesUnderstand the business unit strategy as well as business requirements from a Records Management perspectiveDefine and implement a Record Management solution that will host retention policies, schedules and business rulesAssess current records management practices, and establish and implement best practicesDevelop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRGManage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellenceActively coach team through providing advice about subject matter, solutions, principles and processes, and personal progression with the aim to improve performanceParticipate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee developmentCompile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisionsBuild working relationships across teams and functional lines in order to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation.Y ou will be an ideal candidate if you: Qualifications: 3 year Degree would be beneficial Experience: 3/5 year experience You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.
