Receptionist / Personal Assistant

A well-established and reputable figure in the insurance industry is looking for a dedicated and professional Receptionist who will also perform Personal Assistant (PA) duties.
Key Responsibilities: Managing switchboard and reception dutiesHandling general administration and office support tasksAssisting with scheduling and organizing appointmentsProviding PA support to senior managementExpanding the Wills division of the business (training will be provided)Maintaining accurate records and documentationEnsuring smooth day-to-day office operationsRequirements: Fluent in Afrikaans and English (both verbal and written)Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone etiquetteWell-presented and professional demeanorIntelligent, with a willingness and ability to learnExceptional accuracy and attention to detailPrior experience in reception or PA roles will be an advantageThe ideal candidate: Is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic teamTakes pride in delivering accurate and high-quality workHas a professional attitude and excellent interpersonal skillsIf you meet these requirements and are ready to contribute to the growth of an established business, we encourage you to apply.
