A well-known and established spice manufacturing company requires the above to manage and oversee the reception and office administration for the company.Minimum Requirements For The RoleThe successful candidate must have a matric with good attention to detail.Previous experience having worked as a receptionist managing the reception as well as office administration is preferable for this role.Must be computer literate and have basic Excel skills.Must be able to multi-task and have good communication skills as the person will be liaising with customers and visitors.The successful candidate should have a confident and likeable personality being able to build relationships both internally with colleagues and customers.The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible ForManaging and overseeing the reception and office administration for the company.Transferring calls to the relevant departments.Prepare reconciliations of invoices, delivery notes, local purchases and documentation.Ensuring the board rooms are clean and neat for meetings.Ordering company refreshments, groceries and stationery for the office.Handling and organising all company functions.Ensuring that all office equipment that is not working is reported and fixed.Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.Desired SkillsAdministratorReceptionistOffice Administrator
