Hospitality and Outdoor - New Vacancy – Receptionist
Luxury Lodge - Madikwe
Requirements:
Matric
Minimum of 2 years previous Front of House Experience
Previous Lodge experience is preferred.
Strong administrative skills, including experience with reservations, invoicing, and reporting.
Attention to detail in housekeeping and maintenance, ensuring high standards across the lodge.
Experience managing inventory, stock control, and financial records.
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle guest feedback and complaints effectively.
Responsibilities:
Guest Relations
: Ensure smooth check-ins/outs, provide excellent service, and resolve guest issues in coordination with senior management.
Administration and Reservations
: Manage daily reports, guest billing, payments, and reservations while maintaining accurate records.
Housekeeping and Maintenance:
Maintain the lodge's standards and resolve maintenance issues, including spot-checking rooms.
Curio Stock Control:
Manage inventory, stock orders, and secure storerooms, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Staff Management:
Lead, train, and maintain effective team relationships, promoting teamwork and ongoing staff development.
Package on offer:
R 6 000 per month depending on experience
Live in position with meals

Starting Date:
ASAP
