The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients and offering refreshments, all reception duties, switchboard duties, running errands and shopping, printing and binding, stationery ordering as well as equipment. Booking of meeting rooms/boardrooms. Travel arrangements. Coordinate internal meetings/events. Undergraduate degree/diploma or equivalent qualification Qualification obtained from a SAQA-approved institution Strong administrative Experience
