We are seeking a Front Desk Secretary who will also assist with administrative tasks to join our dynamic team. Job Description: Perform basic secretarial duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and greeting clients in a high-end showroom environment. Process invoices, manage billing, and assist with stock keeping using specialized software. Receive packages and coordinate with the administrative officer on various related tasks. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have a positive experience from the moment they enter the showroom. Candidate Requirements Education: National Senior Certificate (NSC) is required. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in computer use, including data processing and familiarity with invoicing and billing software. Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory. Skills and Attributes: Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly and anticipate needs. Organized, punctual, and able to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be well-versed and able to interact professionally with clients. Presentable appearance and professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury retail environment. Language: Being able to speak both English & Afrikaans is to your advantage.
