Our Client in the retail sector requires a Receptionist dedicated to the front desk operation in their business.Duties:Greeting Visitors: Welcoming guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner.Answering Phones: Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department, and taking messages when necessary.Managing Appointments: Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments for clients and visitors.Visitor Check-in: Ensuring that visitors sign in, providing visitor badges, and notifying relevant staff of their arrival.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar roleMatricEXCELLENT interpersonal SkillsEXCELLENT communication Skills
