What Is Required:
We are looking for a Receptionist at our luxury hotel in Langebaan. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our guests from the moment they arrive. The primary purpose of this position is to manage the front desk operations, handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service. The Receptionist ensures that all guest interactions are handled professionally and courteously, contributing to the overall high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction that define our luxury property.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Hospitality diploma / experience
Working knowledge of Opera
Computer literate
Familiar with the duties and procedures of the Front Office Department
