DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.Answer, screen, forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Provide general information to visitors and callers about the distribution center's operations and services.Assist the Distribution Center General Manager with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.Maintain and organise office files, records, and databases.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Assist in organising company events, meetings, and training sessions.Collaborate with various departments to support distribution center operations.Assist with data entry and processing of orders, invoices, and other documents.Generate and distribute operational reports as required.REQUIREMENTS:MatricTertiary qualification is advantageousMinimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks and support senior management.Customer service experience.
