We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects.  The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Responsibilities:Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish.Develop project timelines and schedules.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget.Supervise and manage construction teams.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.Manage project documentation and reporting.Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineersQualifications and Requirements:Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.5 (five) plus years of experience in construction management.Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable motor vehicle.Sound knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software applications.Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Proficient in project management software.OSHA certification preferredIf you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our dynamic team, please apply for this exciting position.
