A well established company based in Rosebank is searching for a Receptionist to join their dynamic team. Duties: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. Perform other clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing. Keep the reception area clean and organized. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. Coordinate appointments and meetings. Assist in resolving any administrative issues. Sending and receiving tenders and quotations Keeping record of drivers' daily driving Keeping up to date with emails Answering the telephone Requesting and actioning specifications Following up and submitting insurance claims Digital filing Ordering stock Ordering and following up on safety files Opening new jobs on Buildsmart Portal Printing documents for supervisor Keeping up with BIBC compliance Searching and printing of medicals Keeping track of outstanding finishing schedules Generating monthly fuel reports Requirments: Matric (Grade 12) Previous experience will be an advantage English (Fluent) Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Knowledge of office equipment and procedures Computer literacy: MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
