We are currently seeking a professional and dedicated Switchboard Operator/Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy interacting with people, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management:Operate and manage the switchboard, ensuring calls are answered promptly and directed appropriately.Assist visiting members with inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service in line with our Service Level Agreements (SLA).Handle the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining a daily register for iMas Group.Administrative Support:Manage office supplies, ensuring the front office is always well-stocked.Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and printing of posters.Communication & Coordination:Take and relay messages efficiently, ensuring important information reaches the relevant individuals.Qualifications And Experience:Education:Matric (Grade 12) is essential.Certification in Office Management is highly desirable.Experience:Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, with at least 3 years of operational experience.Skills & Knowledge:Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to be resourceful, proactive, and maintain a professional attitude and appearance.Why Join Us?
