Corporate Receptionist - City of London

Location: City of London
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm

Duties:

Greet visitors and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
Manage meeting room bookings and assist with event coordination.
Maintain the tidiness of the reception area and ensure it reflects the professionalism of the organisation.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
