Our client in Bloemfontein is looking for a Receptionist, General Office and Broker Administration Assistant.
Individuals who meet the minimum requirements are invited to apply.Minimum requirements:National Senior Certificate3 -5 years Receptionist & General Office Administration experienceExperience and/or exposure in the following areas will be advantageous:General knowledge of the Short-Term Insurance environmentExcellent organisational and record keeping skillsComputer literate with knowledge and experience in Excel and MS WordKey competencies:Able to work under pressureExperience in general office administration and Broker administrationThe ability to follow instructions and take own initiative to solve problemsThe ability to function effectively on your own or in a team environmentExcellent verbal and writing communication skills in Afrikaans and EnglishDuties will include:General Office Receptionist dutiesGeneral office and Broker administration at head officeGeneral office and Broker administrative support to Office Human Resource Manager and other management staffPerform any other administrative duties requested by the Manager: human resource, company and Broker administrationEnsure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies applicable to this positionIMPORTANT:Applications close 15 November 2024Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be consideredOnly candidates who meet all our client's minimum requirements will be contacted
