Receiving Manager

Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversees the logistics of the inbound warehouse (manages the receiving process, manages the inventory, manages staff, and quality control)Review and prepare workflow, manning and schedule and assign dutiesManage, coach, train, support and evaluate performance of staffDevelop warehouse systems (storing, equipment utilization, inventory management and gate processes)Ensure weighbridge is fully operational and scale giving accurateVerify quantity correspond to POManage logistics utilized to transport products to internal customersManage Stock Control and reconcile with ERP system (cycle, year-end and audits) Ensure adherence to HSE procedures and housekeeping standards.Manage all cycle counts and on a daily basis and report back to Group logistics managerInspect quality of goods to ensure the materials meet the required qualityManage RTV process by accepting or rejecting incoming goodsLabel, document, track and manage inventoryRequirements:MS Office Advanced (MS Excel essential) and, WMSWell developed interpersonal communication skillsStrong leadership / management skillsMin. 2 years Syspro exposure (ERP system)Warehouse Management System WMS Planning, organizing and administrative skillsSystems and deadline drivenAdaptability. Ability to work under pressureStrong analytical fault-finding skills and problem-solving skills Experience:3 - 5 Years Management / Supervisory experience in inbound logistics / supply chain environment Min 5 years experience in a warehouse / logistics environmentExperience in Automotive Supply Chain Management preferable
