Real Estate Agent

Zakeni Realty International is looking for individuals who are self-starters, excellent communicators, highly motivated, and persistent to join their virtual team. These individuals should reside in Midrand, Centurion, Kempton Park, Johannesburg Central, and Sandton. This position reports to the Principal Property Practitioner, and the primary purpose of this role is to provide sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and all other stakeholders with efficient and transparent real estate services.
Responsibilities:

Cold calling
Preparing mandates
Pre-listing input and presentation
Comparative market analysis
Property staging and show days
Writing adverts & loading listings
Marketing
Viewings
Preparing offer to purchase
Communication with conveyancers
Weekly review & updates to parties
Establishing teams of key service providers (i.e., electricians, plumbers, conveyancers, bond originators)

Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must be able to pay towards the following certification:

Registration with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA)
Registration for NQF4 certification
Fees towards PDE examination

The role is strictly commission-based with a competitive commission split.
