As a Real Estate Agent, your main responsibility will be to represent the company in effectively marketing and selling properties while driving continued growth in marker share.Your dedication to providing excellent customer service will uphold the PropTech Real brand ethos. This position offers unlimited earning potential through commission-base compensation.Responsibilities:Property Marketing and Sales:Effectively market and sell properties on behalf of clients.Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and facilitate the closing process.Provide accurate property valuations and market analyses.Develop and maintain a network of potential buyers, sellers and investors.Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the buying or selling process.Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance and information to clients.Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on property listings, market trends, and other relevant information.Brand Representation:Uphold the PropTech Real brand values and image in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.Attend networking events, industry functions, and training sessions to enhance brand visibility and knowledge.Actively contribute to the growth and reputation of the PropTech Real brand.Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, client interactions and transactions.Prepare necessary documentation, contracts and agreements related to property sales and rentals.Collaborate with internal teams, such as administrative staff and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and effective property marketing.Requirements:Valid and active Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)Own a vehicle, valid driver's license, laptop, cell-phone and internet access.Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.Strong sales and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, ambitious and results-driven.Ability to work independently and part of a team.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
