Experience: At least two (2) years as a re-packer in the food manufacturing industry. Formal qualificationsMatricResponsibilitiesIn repacking (from tote to final packaging):Comply with repacking orders given by your supervisorUse correct labelling for the applicable product and control it (tote label has to match final product label)Repack accurately and timeouslyFollow procedures on repacking and cleaningRecording cleaning and re-packing in the recordsComply with all tote management safety procedures (pressure, handling, transport)To comply with the applicable compliance guidelinesAnd any other tasks necessary for the conduct of the business as the employer may from time to time directCommit to act according to the key management principles and the safety-first culture as defined in the Safety-first policy Inherent requirements for the positionExcellent communication skills (fluent in English)Attention to detailWork well under pressureEffective problem-solving skillsAwareness of safety regulations and practicesPhysically capable of moving loaded drums and other containersShortlisted candidates will be expected to undergo psychometric testing and background screening.
