We're Seeking RE5 Sales Consultants (Banking Industry) – Permanent Position – Elukwatini (Mpumalanga)To initiate and conclude the sale of a range of financial products to customers in an allocated affinity database, using the telephone as a marketing medium.MUST have a CLEAR Credit and Criminal Record!MUST have an RE5 and your DOFA date!Duties & ResponsibilitiesAchieve customer growth, revenue, and collections targets as defined by the bank.Meet and exceed individual activity metrics for all product lines.Effectively execute on all Sales & Customer targets as set by the bank.Implement the bank's sales strategy in relation to Product & Value Added Services (Up Selling, Cross Selling & Capital Take Up).Conduct outbound calling to target both existing and prospective customers.Convert sales opportunities from inbound customer requests, outbound calling, lead generation initiatives, and customer queries.Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate new business.Participate in cross-selling bank products.Maintain detailed tracking of pipeline management and prospect data and activities.Arrange in-person visits, appointments, and presentations, following up telephonically where necessary.Conduct a professional financial needs analysis to identify needs that may lead to a sale.Desired Experience & QualificationsFSCA-aligned NQF 5 or above.Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience.At least 2 years of sales experience dealing with customers.Based in Elukwatini (Mpumalanga) or willing to relocate at your own cost.MUST have RE5.Package & RemunerationSalary: R13,500 – R37,000 per month (CTC), based on experience and qualifications.Location: Elukwatini (Mpumalanga)Permanent PositionInterested?Only applicants who meet the minimum requirements will be considered.To apply, please submit your application directly through Pnet or email us at ******.
