Position OverviewAs an Administration Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our office operates smoothly and efficiently. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks and responsibilities that support the overall functioning of our teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain accurate administrative records and filing systems.Assist in the preparation and processing of documentation and reports.Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.Support the finance department with invoicing and expense tracking.Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing excellent customer service.Assist with inventory management and order supplies as needed.Collaborate with team members on various projects to ensure deadlines are met.Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.Qualifications and RequirementsMatric/Grade 12 certificate; further qualifications in administration or business management will be an advantage.A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Why Join RCL FOODS?RCL FOODS offers more than just a job.
