FMCG concern is seeking an experienced candidate to be responsible for the management of the Raw Material stores to ensure all activities of the Stores are timeously adhered to and that stores team and processes are consistently improved to meet production facility demands.
Responsibilities: Manage daily delivery scheduleEnsure raw materials stock availabilityEnsure correct Receiving of Incoming GoodsEnsure proper handling and storage of stocksEnsure accurate and timeous weighing and issuing of materials for daily production requirementsEnsure Stock Taking Process ManagedMonitor and ensure adherence to Quality Procedures and standardsEnsure adherence to legislation policies, procedures and standardsConsistently apply 5S principlesAuditing and inspection of area and equipmentConduct Incident investigations and Risk assessmentsPromote awareness and review performanceRequirements: MatricDiploma in Supply Chain Management, Stock and stores management, Inventory ManagementSupervisor/Leadership TrainingKnowledge and understanding of Warehouse Management and Supply Chain principles3 - 4 years relevant experienceAdministration and management KnowledgeCustomer Service, Retail and Wholesale industry, inventory management,Basic Personnel and human resources practicesIndicate critical knowledge required for profiled position.Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
