We want talent that is looking for fast career growth, cross-functional experiences, global exposure and robust training & development.Key Purpose: The key purpose of this role is to lead and facilitate the Brewing raw materials department in order to meet production requirements whilst maintaining a safe work environment.Key Outputs and Responsibilities:Assist with all VPO Pillar ImplementationLeads brewing raw materials planning, forecasting, ordering, payment, budget control, supplier management and effective quality controlsInterpret and implement brewing and production plan, to ensure raw material availabilityEnsure stock accuracy in SAP and MESResponsibility for SAP master data accuracyEnsure MRP KPI complianceAudit materials stock reconciliationProvide information to regional production planner and divisional planning as well as suppliersComply with relevant audit requirementsProvide information and participate in situational and systemic problem solving as requiredInvestigate & minimize material (transfer) lossesAssist with new material trials as the need arisesTeam LeadershipManage relationship with suppliersSupport DPR Controller and AdministratorSupport training and coaching needsEnsure PTP Adherence, VIM Queries & GR/IR follow upEnsure Hygiene and Food safety compliance in all areasMinimum Requirements:Ideally a relevant B Degree or National DiplomaAt least 1-year experience in a logistics or procurement environmentPC Literacy and relevant SAP experienceUnderstanding of the brewing materials and the Brewing process would be advantageousGood excel skillsKey Attributes and Competencies:Strong interpersonal and negotiation skillsFinancial inclinationAbility to plan and co-ordinateAbility to work under pressure with concern for detail and correctnessHigh energy levelsAbility to communicate effectively at all levelsGood problem solving and analytical abilityFlexible, innovative and adaptable
