Job Description:Review contractual documents and project specifications to ensure alignment with project requirementsAssess and manage cost data related to facility condition evaluationsPerform quantity take-offs for developing accurate construction cost estimates and bills of quantitiesProvide detailed reporting on construction costs and budget considerationsSkills & Experience: 2 years of experience at a quantity surveying firmStrong problem-solving skillsSkilled in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelSkilled in WinQs and DimX softwareValid driver's license requiredQualification:Bsc or BTech in Quantity Surveying Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
