Requirements
·Minimum 5+ years of experience in a construction

·Has experience with remedial work/maintenance contracts.

·Require on site measuring and setting up own BOQ and pricing and then managing projects

·Require ability to run various projects and measure and price various projects simultaneously due to industry being more in maintenance
