Quantity Surveyor

Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Responsibilities: Preparation of accurate bills of quantities and cost estimates.
Processing and negotiation of payments and final accounts.
Review and approval of subcontractor quotations and payments.
Measurement and valuation of variations.
Adherence to project budgets and cost reporting.
Procurement of subcontractors and materials.
Regular site visits and progress meetings.
Maintaining positive relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Skills: Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in quantity surveying or related field.
Minimum of 3-7 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quantity surveying software (CSS) & BuildSmart.
Valid Drivers License and own vehicle.
