Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Contracts Manager

Ideal candidate is a highly skilled Commercial Quantity Surveyor to manages all commercial aspects, cost controls, and financial elements of our projects.
The ideal candidate will qualify in Quantity Surveying, an ND in Engineering, or a Bachelor's Degree (BEng), along with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of methodologies and regulations, the ability to manage multiple projects, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong negotiation and communication abilities are essential.Qualifications and Experience:Qualification in Quantity Surveyor / National Higher Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor's Degree (BEng)Minimum 5+ years working experience in a similar roleStrong understanding of construction methodologies and regulationsAbility to manage multiple projects concurrentlyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong negotiation and communication skillsKey Responsibilities Manage all commercial aspects and risks of the project estimationPrepare contract documents, including project tendering, contract managementIdentify commercial risks and develop and manage response strategiesPrepare and analyse costings for tenders and contract variationsPerform cost control and track adjustments to design and construction workManage payments for contractors and subcontractorsPrepare monthly valuation reports & certificates and project final accounts
