Working with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions to quality issues.Assessing and reviewing all materials provided by suppliers to ensure overall quality.Investigating root causes of defects and recommending solutions for quality issues.Onboarding and training staff.Staying up to date with new quality control techniques and methods.Designing product specifications.Managing waste in production and improving efficiency within production processes.Documenting production results.Developing quality standards and objectives.Systems/Software debug, investigating, reports and testing.Training and correcting staff on various products and changes.Understanding of legal standards.Creating production plans for new products with a focus on quality.Reviewing customer feedback and understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services for improvements. Recommending improvements where necessary.
