REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree or similar in Engineering or a related field
IATF 16949:2016 First and Second Party Auditor Certificate
Core Tools Certificate (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
5+ years experience working within Quality Management Systems
Knowledge of customer-specific requirements (Ford/ Toyota/ Isuzu)
Knowledge of 8D Process and various step (i.e. D0 – D8)
Knowledge of the IATF CARA System

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance and improvement of Quality Management System in line with IATF 16949:2016 and customer-specific requirements
Site Administrator for Compliant Pro and Ease system
Ensure document control within the CompliantPro system
Maintain and coordinate audit schedules for system, product, customer, third-party and special process audits
Conduct internal systems audits for QMS according to the requirements of IATF 16949:2016 and customer-specific requirements
Coordinate and execute third-party audits
Timeous submission of certification/ surveillance audit corrective actions, on the IATF CARA system
Log and issue all corrective actions resulting from audits, via the CompliantPro system
Coordinate and drive all corrective actions resulting from audits
Conduct an effectiveness review of all corrective action close-outs
Maintain and coordinate the manufacturing process audits via the Ease system
Raise IT tickets for the Quality department, CompliantPro and Ease systems, when required
Maintain and coordinate various action plans (e.g. Ford Q1 Action Plan, RFMEA, AB-MSA, etc.)
Liaise with Ford STA on action plans relating to Ford Q1 Action Plan/ RFMEA/ AB-MSA
When required, update the Ford Covisint site (e.g., Ford GSDB, Special Processes uploads, etc.)
Monthly update of the company's quality dashboard
Daily, weekly and monthly reports for quality objectives, key plant performance indicators, CAPA, etc.
Compilation of annual management review
Raise PR for the Quality department in the purchase requisition system
Conduct plant-wide training related to QMS/ Quality Awareness
Conduct CompliantPro system training for new employees
Assist with vendor audits on request, and ensure formal record keeping and system update
Assist with supplier/ customer PPAP on request, and ensure formal record-keeping and system updates
