The Quality Officer will assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining the manual documentation system, including manuals, procedures, forms, information, and records.
Key Responsibilities Review and maintain existing manuals, procedures, forms, information, and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.Develop and implement new documents as required.Conduct proofreading and editing of documents to ensure clarity and grammar accuracy.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Collaborate with other departments to ensure submissions.Assist in preparing reports and presentations.Train different departments on QMS processes.Identify and project manage initiatives and projects across the organization that will create organizational efficiencies, improve performance, or address quality issues.Education, Experience, And Knowledge Relevant Bachelor's degree, preferably in Quality Management/Monitoring and Evaluation.2-3 years' experience with Document control systems.Solid understanding of Quality principles and regulations (e.g., WMDA, ISO).Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Work/travel outside of core hours - this role may involve some national and international travel for training and meeting attendance.Skills And Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to proofread documents accurately and efficiently.Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly.NOTE: We ONLY accept online applications.
