Job Title: Quality Manager (Sheet Metal Industry)  Geographical area: Sandton, Gauteng             Salary range: Market Related   The successful incumbent will be responsible for: Ensure internal quality standards and quality from external suppliersEnsure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintainedMonitor, document and track quality issuesHands on assessment of quality from design to deliveryWorking according to deadlines for the delivery of productsTracking products through the manufacturing process to identify deviations from quality standardsManage non-conformance and corrective action processesPerform routine and non-routine quality inspectionsTo stop or suspend production if quality requirements are not achieved Minimum qualifications and experience:Diploma in quality managementKnowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes and characteristics as well as specific actions relating to ISO 9001: 2015CAD and CAM knowledge and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsMinimum 5 years in managerial levelPlease apply via our website:
