Quality Manager

Role Overview:Our Automotive client is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and maintain the quality systems and processes across our manufacturing facility.
The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives across key departments, including Panel Beating, Final Assembly, Spray Painting, and others.Key Responsibilities:* Develop, implement, and monitor quality systems and processes across all production departments.
* Conduct regular quality audits for departments such as Panel Beating, Spray Painting, and Final Assembly.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO and automotive quality benchmarks.
* Collaborate with department managers to address and resolve quality concerns.
* Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Provide training to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
* Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.Qualifications and Skills:* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a quality management role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
* Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
* Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, including Panel Beating, Spray Painting, and Assembly.
