We are looking for a candidate with suitable qualifications and experience to join our dynamic and passionate team and lead our ISO 9001 program.
Main purpose of Job: To maintain our ISO 9001:2015 certification and drive quality improvements in our global business. This is a half day position Primary responsibilities: Work with executive / management team to define company and departmental / process quality objectives Act as the lead internal auditor including audit planning, conducting audits, compiling audit reports and providing recommendations Track and analyse quality performance to drive continual improvement Provide quality training and awareness in conjunction with the HR department Assist document owners to create and maintain quality controlled documents Be the primary contact for external audits Chair management review and quality team meetings Demonstrate innovation and strategic thinking to achieve quality improvements and efficiency across the business Drive a risk-based mindset Will be supported by a team of departmental quality leads Minimum education experience: Tertiary degree or similar qualification Certified ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor 5 years' experience implementing a quality system and / or working as internal auditor Advantage experience / training: Worked a similar role at a software company Change management qualification or experience Experience with Confluence Project management qualification or experience Personal attributes: Excellent attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication Data analysis and statistical aptitude Good interpersonal skills Highly conscientious and diligent Good computer skills The IsoMetrix DNA encompasses the following core values and behaviours: Own It!
