Quality & Development Co-Ordinator

Co-ordinating development project phases; Ensuring all administration around each project is done; Formulate and manufacture Pilot plant recipes and trials; Manage and direct work on delegated projects; Co-ordinate the manufacturing of production trials and outcomes; Sustain a safe working environment & adhere to safety policy; Provide Technical information and project progress reports; Accurate administration and record keeping; Assisting in the XPE(Cross Linking close cell) production with problem solving; Full Property Testing of newly developed products Note, This position vacancy is in Parow Industria, Western Cape. Grade 12 /or NQF 3/4 Maths/or Technical maths & Science Polyolefin /Polyethylene raw materials knowledge/ Synthetic Polymer /plastics; Analytical Chemistry/Plastics Polymer qualification/knowledge expertise can be a positive advantage; MS Office packages/MS excell/MS Word. Working experience in a Development Department; Familiar with problem solving process; Understanding of ISO9001 Quality Requirements; Familiar with OHS Act and safety procedures; Ability to read & interpret technical specification & material safety data sheets
