Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Controller to join their dynamic team.

Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related fieldProven experience as a Quality Controller in a food or beverage manufacturing environment, preferably in brewingStrong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologiesProficiency in using lab equipment and quality control softwareExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to beer productionAbility to stand for extended periodsWork in a production environment with exposure to noise, temperature fluctuations, and other manufacturing conditionsDrivers licenceDuties will include:
Conduct regular inspections and tests of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet established quality standardsMonitor and assess the production processes, identifying and addressing any deviations from quality standardsImplement and maintain quality control systems, including documentation and record-keepingCollaborate with production and brewing teams to identify and resolve quality issuesEnsure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standardsDevelop and update quality control procedures and protocols as neededTrain production staff on quality control processes and best practicesPrepare detailed reports on quality findings and recommend corrective actionsParticipate in internal and external audits and ensure that corrective actions are implemented promptlyAssist the Production team with daily quality checksIMPORTANT:
