This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining QC systems to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with an analytical mindset and a collaborative approach, capable of driving quality improvements across the organization.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in quality control management, ideally in the automotive or manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, industry standards, and best practices.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.Proficiency in quality control software and tools is an advantage.Key Responsibilities:Quality Control Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain effective quality control systems and processes to uphold high standards in product quality.Team Supervision: Lead and train QC team members, providing guidance, support, and ongoing development to ensure a skilled and cohesive team.Inspection & Audits: Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests on products and processes to proactively identify and address quality issues.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall processes.Data Analysis: Analyze quality control data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and potential areas for improvement.Compliance & Standards: Ensure all quality control processes comply with industry standards, company policies, and specific customer requirements.Reporting: Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, inspection findings, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
