Quality Control And Assurance Intern

What you will be doing: •    Ensuring a quality product is produced •    Practical work exposure in Quality Management •    Audits •    Technical Support/Trouble shooting •    On the job training in food quality and safety •    Supporting of critical projects interdependent on all food science and quality assurance aspects of manufacturing •    Interns are provided with relevant training and monitoring.•    Providing formal and informal guidance   Essential skills and competence: •    Legislation knowledge •    Quality Management Principles •    Analytical thinking •    Communication •    Decision making ability •    Numerical ability •    Proactive •    Innovation/Continuous improvement •    Team work •    Accountability •    Sense of urgency/results orientated   Programme: •    Accurate record keeping of your workplace exposure •    Have good knowledge of the relevant department/area in the milling supply chain & able to perform required key tasks as stipulated  •    Perform any other tasks required by the QC/QA Manager
