Quality Assurance - Telecoms RF, Wireless and Full Turnkey InstallationsClient Success Manager: HUAWEI ADCORP BLUCompulsory Responsibilities:Quality Control:- Quality inspection during / after Site Completion.- Plan, Manage and Control the Quality on any given Project.- Ensuring Quality Reports reach Sub-Contractors and that snags are cleared in a reasonable time frame.- Ensure Quality Acceptance Report Document is handed to QM for approval without delay.Documentation and Communication:- Internal Support in Site File, Scans and Acceptance.- Submitting Site Files to the Customer.- Timely, Daily and Weekly Reports.- Weekly Planning must be submitted in the beginning of the week.- Quality Inspection Checklist along with Photos.- Preparing and Updating of the Quality Control Reports.- Quality Reports including issues and defects must be forwarded to the QM and RPM on a daily basis.Quality Management:- Quality inspector must be familiar with ISO9001/2008 and 18001 Standards.- Quality inspector must be familiar with SABS Standards.- Quality inspector must be familiar with RF, Wireless and Full Turnkey Installations Specifications.- Quality inspector must be familiar with the Huawei Product Specifications.- Quality inspector must be familiar with the Project Quality Plan as well as the Quality Control Plan.- Quality inspector must be familiar with the Quality Checklists that are used during the project execution.- Quality inspector must be able to do Hold Point Inspections according to the Quality Control Plan.- Quality inspector should Check TSSR Documents given to the Site Supervisors and Contractors to commence with the Swap.- Quality inspector should perform regular Contractor Audits on Site.- Quality inspector should summarize the problems found during a Cluster and arrange to have meetings with the Sub-Contractors in order to Control the Quality of Workmanship during installations.- Quality inspector should support the Project implementation and Guide and monitor personnel at key Quality points, perform Checks and Control the Project Quality.Customer Satisfaction:- No Sites with Defects should be left unresolved, so it is crucial for the QC to follow up regularly with the Sub-Contractors regarding issues / defects and keep the Customer informed and updated at all times.- Any RF Audits found by the Customer must be reviewed by the QC and any Audits with issues / defects from Huawei SOW, must be forwarded to the Sub-Contractor as soon as possible and must be resolved within 3 working days, along with Photo evidence.- QC will be required to join Customer meetings regarding Quality.- Always follow the Customer Absolute Rules.Other Competencies/Attributes:Field maintenance activity managementCoordination SkillsMaintenance ManagementProject management and controlSubcontractor managementQuality managementRequired Education/Qualification:Degree/diplomaInternal Training / Self Study.Product Knowledge (BTS / DBS Standards and Specifications).Quality Control should have a good background of telecoms.Height Safety Training.Working Environment / Conditions:• On call: Ability to work off hours depending on Network outages and customer requests.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeContractJob FunctionQuality AssuranceIndustriesTelecommunications
