These jobs were popular with other job seekers Reference: CPT000069-LB -1We are looking for an experience Quality Assurance Supervisor who resides in the Hermanus Area.Key performance areas: Quality Control: For live, canned, frozen, and dried.Management of the quality assurance teams at the processing facility as well as the farms.Ensuring quality testing of product and packaging.Monitoring of quality throughout production from raw material to final productEnsures that product and packaging is fit for purpose.Compiling quality reports of final product Quality Assurance: Comply and maintains policy and procedures related to quality standards.Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the policies and procedures to ensure that the production process as a whole complies with established standards.Ensure exported goods comply with international/ host country quality standards. Government Compliance: Ensure that all relative standards are uphold and compliance to governmental regulations are met.Attributes:Strong management and leadership skillsSolid need for accurate execution of tasksProblem-solving skills.Effective communication skills.Outstanding time management skillsThe ability to multitask.Following and applying orders/work rules.Able to work under pressure and short notice.
