Role Overview: As a QA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance. With a hands-on approach, you will be deeply involved in both strategic and operational aspects of the QA function. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and client interaction skills.Key Responsibilities:Automation & Performance Testing: Lead and execute automation and performance testing efforts. Utilize your extensive experience to design and implement robust testing frameworks and methodologies.Team Leadership & Training: Mentor and upskill the QA team. Provide hands-on guidance and training to ensure high standards of testing practices.Client Engagement: Work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Account Managers to understand client requirements and deliver solutions. Actively participate in client projects and provide support as needed.Proof of Concepts (POCs): Drive and own POCs, showcasing testing capabilities and solutions to clients and stakeholders.Strategic & Operational Balance: Allocate approximately 90% of your time to hands-on testing activities and 10% to strategic planning and activities.Communication & Presentation: Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills. Effectively convey complex testing concepts and results to clients and internal teams.Agility & Problem Solving: Exhibit a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Be flexible and willing to extend work hours as required to meet project deadlines.Client Management: Manage client interactions with professionalism and competence. Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in automation testing and performance testing.
