Job DescriptionTo formulate and maintain policy procedures for the development of a total quality program. Implement and maintain all products and services to meet quality standards.
Responsibilities: Drive business profitability in the context of cost management through business solutions.Establish, align, and manage target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency.Formalize and agree on Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) measurements and manage customer satisfaction audits for the business environment to maintain and enhance the dynamic nature of Quality Assurance.Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff members by providing input to business requirements.Compile monthly Quality Assurance reporting including budget variances and board reporting.Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements for the implementation of Quality Assurance programs.Provide process, benchmark, quality, and other related trends to ensure the development of total quality programs that can be executed in the business.Implement and maintain all business products and services to meet quality standards in the quality assurance programs deployed in the business against required metrics.Ensure efficiency of Quality Assurance products that will increase service productivity and performance in support of business solutions through the quality of work delivery and improvement of system and process efficiencies.Manage own development to increase own competencies.Educate management/leadership on Quality Assurance related initiatives, requirements, principles, guidelines, and methodologies to the business unit.Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent, and culture of the team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies, and increase competencies.Qualifications and ExperienceTertiary qualification.3 to 4 years related experience.Job DetailsApplication Closing Date: 01/09/24
