Help our client ensure excellence by delivering top-quality service to their clients!Location: Lynnwood, PretoriaSalary: R12,500 – R15,000 per month (depending on experience)Key ResponsibilitiesReview and evaluate candidate CVs and other relevant documentation for accuracy and completeness.Monitor interview recordings and ensure they meet quality standards.Assist with the preparation and verification of client packages to ensure they are error-free and professional.Provide feedback to the Head of Quality Assurance on areas for improvement and suggest improvement measures.Keep records of all quality checks and assist in compiling reports.Follow up with clients to ensure they are contacted promptly and efficiently.Assist in training staff on best practices in quality control.Carry out any reasonable requests related to quality assurance.RequirementsMinimum of a Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Sciences, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, or similar).Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or quality assurance role.Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Good communication skills and the ability to provide feedback effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).Fluent in Afrikaans and English.Personal AttributesDetail-oriented and accurate.Able to work independently and manage priorities.Positive attitude and professional in handling tasks.Join our client's team and play a key role in maintaining their high-quality standards by applying your eye for detail and passion for accuracy!
