Quality Assurance & Dealer Support Specialist (Fleet)

Fleet dealer technical support. Conduct technical investigations and reporting. Installation quality audits on customer sites Conduct fleet Installer and technician sign off. Create and review fleet technician and installer certification assessments. Client specific solutions and creation of client specific installation documents and work instructions. Conduct Fleet product and technical training for dealer technicians. Conduct annual fleet technician and installer re-certification. Creating and updating of all activity cases on Salesforce. Creating and updating of Installation guided to include new products offered by the company CAN sniffing and script generation. Advanced knowledge of Fleet Products. Experience in installing Fleet management systems. Fleet Technician certification. Facilitator and Assessor certificates. Self manged on tasks and projects. Automotive electrical qualification will be an advantage. Computer literate intermediate level MS Office, word. Advanced knowledge of Fleet management software. Valid South African passport. Valid Drivers license (passenger vehicle). Ability to travel locally and internationally when required. Experience creating training material and installation guide documents.
