Quality Assurance Assistant

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the incumbent will monitor quality assurance within operations, to ensure that they meet production standards. Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process. Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced. Quality control inspectors examine products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications.
Requirements: Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science1-year related experienceMust have worked within Plastics or any manufacturing environmentQuality assurance as well as ISO 9001 experience will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specificationsControl and monitor acceptance and rejection criteriaAssists with Stock countOrganization, maintenance, and control of the quality systemInspect, test and sample materials or products for defects and deviations from specificationReport any non-conformities, ensuring the correct quantiles of all productionEnsure quality of production including night shift quality conforms to Quality controlstandards Enforce all policies and procedures as per Quality Management SystemMaintain good internal and external relationships.
