Quality Assistant

Key Responsibilities:• Obtain and record information regarding the quality management process.• Monitor and report on progress as per the firm's system of quality management (SOQM) and company procedural requirements.• Monitor compliance as per guidelines and perform other ad hoc administrative functions related to quality within the firm based on instruction and guidance from the Quality Consultant and Quality Manager.Academic Qualifications Required:• Grade 12• Diploma or higher qualification in Quality Management will be advantageous.Skills, Competencies and Experience:Skills:• Communication skills• Organisational skills• Time-management skills• Problem-solving skills• Multi-tasking skills• Interpersonal skills• Attention to detail• Ability to deliver work of a high quality and standard• Ability to work in a teamCompetencies:• Computer literacy• Ethical behaviour and adherence to fundamental principles of:1) Integrity2) Objectivity3) Professional competence4) Due care5) Confidentiality6) Professional behaviourExperience:• General administrative experience• Experience in an audit firm will be advantageous
