Below is a detailed job description for this role:Job SummaryThe Quality and Technical Specialist is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and technical aspects of wind turbine projects. This includes ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. The specialist will work closely with engineering, construction, and maintenance teams to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of wind turbines and associated infrastructure.Qualification & Experience · Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Project Management, or a related field.· Relevant experience in quality control or technical roles, preferably in the wind energy or renewable energy industry.· Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).· Proficiency in technical problem-solving and troubleshooting.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.· Ability to work in challenging outdoor environments and climb wind turbines as needed.· Familiarity with wind turbine technology, performance analysis, and maintenance strategies.· Driver's license.Key Responsibilities· Quality Assurance Management:a.
