Qualified Room Leader – Woodford

Role: Room Leader

Salary: £29,000

Hours: Up to 40 hours

Our client is currently seeking an experienced, qualified, and confident Room Leader to work at their Woodford nursery.
Responsibilities: Supporting staff in the allocated rooms and ensuring adult/child ratios are met.Observing children and managing their learning and development records.Working with the EYFS Curriculum and planning exciting age-appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors.Being a key person, completing observations and reports where required.Building positive relationships with parents and Ofsted.Working to nursery policy and procedures in relation to Safeguarding and Health & Safety.Attending staff meetings and training as required.Maintaining confidentiality.Minimum Requirements: Must be Level 3 qualified.Must have a clean DBS which is either valid or on update service.Must have 2 references.Must be a strong team player and leader.Benefits:
